Oknha Tan Khee Meng (KM Tan) is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA), an approved auditor of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator of Cambodia (ACAR), an approved auditor of the Securities & Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC), an accredited external auditor of the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) for Banking and Financial Institutions, an accredited external auditor of the Insurance Regulator of Cambodia (IRC) for the insurance sector, and an accredited external auditor of the Trust Regulator (TR) for the trust sector.
He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as a Member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants.
Oknha Tan is currently a President of Malaysian Business Chamber in Cambodia (MBCC), Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of the Board of Cambodia Confederation of Investors Association (CCIA), a member of the Coordinating Committee of Cambodia's Government-Private Sector Working Groups, a member of Representatives of Employers’ Association in National Council on Minimum Wage (NCMW), and a senior advisor to the Tax Working Group of Chinese Chamber of Commerce-General Department of Taxation in Cambodia.
He has been practicing in Cambodia for more than two decades since year 2000, and he is specialized in audit and assurance, tax and corporate finance advisory.

Syed Azmer is an entrepreneur, marketer and a motorcycle enthusiast, and has been residing in Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2007 when he first joined Hello Axiata, a mobile telecommunications service provider as its Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this he held several key positions for a media group in Malaysia.
Syed provides project consulting for new businesses venturing in Cambodia, helping them build ethical, enduring businesses and brands that matter. He also serves as advisory roles for several companies here.
In one of his latest ventures, he co-founded Amnott Investment and is a co-owner of LPGas Engineering, providing full LPG solutions from LPG Bulk Supply and Distribution to LPG Engineering and LPG Equipment Supply (LPG Storage Tanks, Semitrailer-tankers etc). Syed believes in the potential of LPG in Cambodia as a leading green energy solution.
Syed also serves as a Board of Director for a locally incorporated bank and had served a five-year term as Board of Trustees for the International School of Phnom Penh.
Syed currently serves as the Senior Vice-President of the Malaysian Business Chamber in Cambodia (MBCC) and has actively served MBCC 2010.
Michael Chai

Michael started Westec Media Limited (WML) and Legend Cinemas in 2011. Being the first digital cinema and movie distributor in the country, Michael started off with a small team of less than 10 and 1 cinema location. Today, WML grew into a diverse group of companies with 6 different units and over 90 staff while Legend Cinema has 13 locations around the country.
Being passionate in films and with his drive to ensure that Khmer culture and films will be introduced internationally, Michael ventured into local production in 2014. In 2017, together with Kongchak Pictures, Jailbreak was produced with Michael being the executive producer and it was the first Cambodian production that was released in multiple territories and formats and was acquired by Netflix. Upcoming productions include a Cambodian Japanese horror that is targeted to be released worldwide and a local rom-com starring leading local influencers.
Logeswaran Subramaniam

Loges’ professional journey commenced 24 years ago in Malaysia, where he initially engaged in Mechanical & Plumbing works on-site after earning a Diploma in Architecture. He further pursued advanced academics with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Hons), progressing into pivotal roles such as Project Director, Project Manager, and Architect. His extensive experience encompasses a multitude of roles within Lead Consultants, Contractors, and Developers/Clients, contributing to diverse projects across residential, mixed-use, education, industrial, aviation, medical, and commercial sectors. His career trajectory has afforded him international expertise, with significant contributions in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, China, and Indonesia.
Over the last nine years, Loges has concentrated his endeavors in Cambodia, channeling his expertise across four critical divisions of the Real Estate Industry: Design, Construction, Cost, and Property Management. He has been instrumental throughout all phases of project development, from initial conceptualization through to maintenance management. His collaboration with notable organizations such as Phnom Penh City Center, Shukaku Inc., and Orkide Development underscores his influence and commitment within the sector.
In alignment with his commitment to professional growth, Loges completed ISO Auditor Training in Singapore, equipping him with enhanced capabilities to effectively address operational needs and meet stringent industry demands.

Imran Mahmud is an experienced marketing and communications professional with over 20 years in the financial and creative industries across Malaysia and Cambodia. He currently serves as Head of Marketing & Communications at RHB Bank Cambodia, where he leads initiatives in brand strategy, digital outreach, product commercialization, and stakeholder engagement.
A member of RHB Group’s Talent Pool, Imran is also a graduate of the RHB Leadership Signature Programme conducted in collaboration with Duke Corporate Education. His leadership combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and brand growth.

Nikki Sim is an accomplished marketing and branding strategist with close to a decade of experience in brand development, integrated marketing, and client leadership across regional markets. She began her career in an integrated marketing agency, leading strategic campaigns for brands across diverse industries, including financial services, and has built a strong track record in brand positioning, integrated communications, experiential marketing, and customer engagement.
She currently serves as Head of Group Marketing and Branding at Phillip Bank, where she leads the Group's branding and marketing strategy in Cambodia. In this role, she oversees brand development and strategic communications across PhillipBank, Philliplife, PhillipTrustee, and PhillipInsurance, ensuring a unified brand presence while strengthening the distinct value proposition of each entity.
Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, Nikki translates business objectives into impactful, customer-centric marketing initiatives that reinforce brand equity, build trust, and support the PhillipCapital Group's long-term growth and market leadership in Cambodia.

Edward Tiu has built his career in business development, professional learning, and international education, with over ten years of experience leading strategic initiatives across Singapore & Cambodia. He currently serves as Deputy Director of Singapore (Cambodia) International Academy (SCIA) and Singapore Learning Academy (SLA), where he oversees business development, strategic partnerships, and learning solutions that support both organizational growth and talent development.
Throughout his career, Edward has successfully led multiple projects exceeding spanning from student enrichment programmes, international learning journeys, executive education, to workforce development initiatives. Working closely with government agencies (i.e. MOEYS, MLVT, SDF), chambers of commerce (i.e. MBCC, CTLA, CFA, SCC, CAMFEBA), businesses, and educational institutions (i.e. NUS, SIM), he has developed programmes that strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance professional competencies, and foster meaningful cross-sector collaboration.
Over the last three years, Edward has also partnered with international and local experts to organize more than 60 professional workshops, conferences, and masterclasses, reaching over 3,500 professionals from the corporate, government, and association sectors.
