Oknha Tan Khee Meng (KM Tan) is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (Cambodia), an approved auditor of the National Accounting Council of Cambodia, an approved auditor of the Securities Exchange Commission of Cambodia, a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as a Member of the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants.

He is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

Oknha Tan is currently a President of Malaysian Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia (MBCC), Founder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Cambodia Confederation of Investors Association (CCIA), an active member of Cambodia's Government-Private Sector Forum, and an advisor to the Tax Working Group of Chinese Chamber of Commerce-General Department of Taxation in Cambodia.

He has been practicing in Cambodia for more than two decades since year 2000, and he is specialized in audit and assurance, tax and corporate finance advisory.

Oknha Tan is a regular speaker for various investment and tax forums related to investment in Cambodia, speaking on issues relating to tax law, investment law, and investment climate in Cambodia.

Mohan Bandam is the Managing Editor/Publisher of the nine-year-old English-language media in Cambodia. He has more than 40 years of experience in journalism.

He has previously served as managing director of TFC Capital (Cambodia) Pte., Ltd., a boutique solution for business and investment advisory, for three years, and CEO/founder of Sadvipra Strategic Consultant, a business consultant for hotels, oil, and gas, for two years.

For the past nine years, he has actively led Khmer Times, which publishes:

1. Khmer Times, five times a week, English paper. Its editorials and opinions help shape government, public, and private sector perceptions and policies.

Syed Azmeer is an entrepreneur, marketer and a motorcycle enthusiast, and has been residing in Phnom Penh, Cambodia since 2007 when he first joined Hello Axiata, a mobile telecommunications service provider as its Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to this he held several key positions for a media group in Malaysia.

Syed provides project consulting for new businesses venturing in Cambodia, helping them build ethical, enduring businesses and brands that matter. He also serves as advisory roles for several companies here.

In one of his latest ventures, he co-founded Amnott Investment and is a co-owner of LPGas Engineering, providing full LPG solutions from LPG Bulk Supply and Distribution to LPG Engineering and LPG Equipment Supply (LPG Storage Tanks, Semitrailer-tankers etc). Syed believes in the potential of LPG in Cambodia as a leading green energy solution.

Syed also serves as a Board of Director for a locally incorporated bank and had served a five-year term as Board of Trustees for the International School of Phnom Penh. 

Syed currently serves as the Senior Vice-President of the Malaysian Business Chamber of Cambodia (MBCC) and has actively served MBCC 2010.

Michael started Westec Media Limited (WML) and Legend Cinemas in 2011. Being the first digital cinema and movie distributor in the country, Michael started off with a small team of less than 10 and 1 cinema location. Today, WML grew into a diverse group of companies with 6 different units and over 90 staff while Legend Cinema has 13 locations around the country.

Being passionate in films and with his drive to ensure that Khmer culture and films will be introduced internationally, Michael ventured into local production in 2014. In 2017, together with Kongchak Pictures, Jailbreak was produced with Michael being the executive producer and it was the first Cambodian production that was released in multiple territories and formats and was acquired by Netflix. Upcoming productions include a Cambodian Japanese horror that is targeted to be released worldwide and a local rom-com starring leading local influencers.

His extensive experience encompasses a multitude of roles within Lead Consultants, Contractors, and Developers/Clients, contributing to diverse projects across residential, mixed-use, education, industrial, aviation, medical, and commercial sectors. His career trajectory has afforded him international expertise, with significant contributions in Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, China, and Indonesia.

Over the last nine years, Loges has concentrated his endeavors in Cambodia, channeling his expertise across four critical divisions of the Real Estate Industry: Design, Construction, Cost, and Property Management. He has been instrumental throughout all phases of project development, from initial conceptualization through to maintenance management.
