MBCC - SLA "Emerging Managers - Critical Core Skills" Training Series

We are excited to announce the Malaysian Business Chamber in Cambodia (MBCC), together with, Singapore Learning Academy (SLA) has successfully obtained funding support from the Skills Development Fund Cambodia (SDF) to upskill the workforce in Cambodia.  

We are now accepting registrations for our Emerging Managers - Critical Core Skills training series!

 Who is Eligible to Join This Programme

1) Individuals holding Managerial positions;
2) Emerging Managers/Newly Promoted Managers/Senior Managers who has the potential to be future leaders in your organisation
3) At least 3 to 5 years of working experience
*This programme is only applicable for Cambodians. 

 What to Expect from This Programme

This Training Series is designed to equip participants with the 4 Critical Core Skills through the previous survey with members:

1)      Transdisciplinary Thinking: Break traditional boundaries, foster creativity & innovation 

2)      Effective Communication: Facilitate collaboration, build strong relationship with stakeholders with actionable communication plans 

3)      Self-Management Excellence: Learn to take personal responsibility to achieve greater personal effectiveness and team productivity

4)      Presentation & Public Speaking: Deliver compelling presentations, influence and engage diverse audiences 

Each topic will be delivered through a 2-full day training workshop, designed by both international experts & local trainers.

MBCC Members Subsidised Rate:

With the support from MBCC & SDF, members can enjoy a subsidised rate at only USD 375/pax. Each company can have one seat as the Limited seats available, the seats will be on first come first served basis
