During his keynote address, Prime Minister Hun Manet articulated a robust blueprint for increasing Cambodia’s appeal to new investors. “To attract more investment, we must ensure our existing investors can grow and thrive, attracting further newcomers,” stated the Prime Minister. He highlighted several governmental reforms aimed at simplifying procedures, reducing bureaucracy, and leveraging technology to facilitate business operations and private sector engagement.
A significant announcement was the establishment of a resolution team dedicated to addressing private sector challenges promptly and effectively. “These mechanisms are crucial steps towards making Cambodia an even more attractive investment destination,” added Dr. Hun Manet.

Neak Oknha Ly Kun Thai, President of CCIA, emphasized the association’s mission to consolidate the strength of the private sector. “CCIA serves as a dynamic platform to promote foreign direct investments in Cambodia, leveraging the country’s strategic position within the RCEP bloc, its enduring political stability, and consistent economic growth over the past three decades,” he said.
